Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access to your credits and plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

2. One-Time Credit Top-Ups

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If you experience a technical issue that prevented credits from being delivered after payment, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  • You were charged due to a billing error on our part
  • You did not receive the service you paid for due to a technical failure on our end
  • Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at welcome@omdgrowth.com within 7 days of your purchase with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
