MapsHarvest is a product of ODD Media LLC, operating as OMD Growth Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use mapsharvest.com.

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Contact details: name, email address, and company role when you sign up or contact us
  • Account credentials: securely hashed passwords via Supabase Auth
  • Usage data: scrape jobs, credits used, settings, and activity logs
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details
  • Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, and usage telemetry for security and analytics
  • Cookie-based tracking: for session management and usage analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your account
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, important notices)
  • Monitor for abuse and ensure platform security
  • Comply with legal obligations

For EU/UK residents, processing is based on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

4. SMS & Mobile Communications

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If you opt in to SMS communications, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  • Scrape job data: 30 days after account termination for export purposes
