This Cookie Policy explains how MapsHarvest (ODD Media LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies on mapsharvest.com and in the MapsHarvest application. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which describes what we do with the information these technologies collect.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies: local storage (data your browser stores for a site), pixels (tiny images or scripts that report when a page or email is opened), and software development kits and tags (scripts from analytics and advertising providers). In this Policy we call all of these "cookies". Cookies set by us are "first-party"; cookies set by other companies whose tools we use are "third-party".
We use cookies to:
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary. Our banner lets you accept all, reject all with one click, or choose by category. Nothing in the analytics or advertising categories loads until you accept, and Google tags run in Consent Mode so that they respect your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the link in the page footer; withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
If you are elsewhere, analytics and advertising cookies may be set when you first visit, and you can opt out at any time through the link, which also serves as our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control for US residents. We also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of advertising cookies and of sale/sharing where the law recognises it.
Browser controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (see Section 6). If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to your account.
Names, lifetimes and providers can change when providers update their tools; we review this table regularly and update it when it changes.

Payment pages are hosted by Stripe. Cookies that Stripe sets on its own checkout pages (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, used for fraud prevention) are governed by Stripe's privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Behavioural analytics — Microsoft Clarity (not loaded until you accept)
Unlike the cookies above, Clarity's script is not injected at all until you choose "Accept" — so nothing in this table is set for visitors who decline or haven't yet chosen.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |

| CLID | Third-party (Microsoft) | Identifies the first time Clarity saw this browser on any site using Clarity | |

| MR | Third-party (Microsoft) | Indicates whether MUID should be refreshed | |
| MUID | Third-party (Microsoft) | Identifies the browser across Microsoft sites; Microsoft may also use this for its own advertising and analytics | |
| SM | Third-party (Microsoft) | Synchronises MUID across Microsoft domains |

Email tracking. Emails we send may contain a pixel and tracked links that tell us whether the email was opened or clicked. Block images in your email client to prevent open tracking.
Most browsers let you see, delete and block cookies. Instructions: Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies; Safari — Preferences › Privacy; Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security; Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions. Deleting cookies will also delete your cookie preferences for our site, so the banner may appear again.
We update this Policy when our use of cookies changes and show the date at the top. Questions: support@mapsharvest.com.
